Privacy notice · Website v6.4.2
Privacy without covert identity harvesting.
The EUTONIX website can use first-party anonymous product analytics only after a visitor allows it. These events are intended to show how people move through the website and functioning product demo so the experience can be improved before purchase.
What anonymous analytics may contain
An opaque random browser/session token, timestamp, page or product surface, role, allowlisted interaction identifier, device class, referring host, and campaign parameters.
What the analytics endpoint rejects
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, free-form messages or notes, raw form values, passwords, payment/bank/card data, keylogging payloads, screenshots/screen recordings, and raw IP address fields.
Federated local-business search
When you submit a ZIP-code search, the ZIP code, category, and radius are sent to an EUTONIX server function. Depending on configuration and provider availability, the function may request current business-listing facts from Google Places, OpenStreetMap services, and the EUTONIX verified directory. Google Maps content is displayed with visible attribution and is returned with no-store response controls. EUTONIX does not treat public opening hours as appointment or class availability.
Google place identifiers may be retained when a visitor deliberately follows or claims a listing so EUTONIX can reference the same business later. Google-supplied listing details are otherwise used for the current search session rather than silently copied into a permanent EUTONIX directory. A business that claims a profile supplies and verifies its own information.
Booking links
For EUTONIX-native or authorized-connected businesses, EUTONIX may display a verified booking destination or native booking flow. For an unclaimed Google Maps result, the standard place record may indicate that reservations are supported without supplying the underlying Google booking-action link. EUTONIX therefore opens its own booking bridge and, when available, continues to the business’s authoritative website rather than presenting Google Maps as an EUTONIX booking engine.
Voluntary forms
If you voluntarily submit a demo request, opening-alert request, or business-claim request, the contact and preference information you provide is used for that request. Opening alerts begin only when verified availability is supplied through EUTONIX or an authorized connector. Optional product-update permission remains separate. Anonymous demo telemetry is not designed to identify you before you volunteer information.
Choice and retention
You can choose “Essential only” or allow anonymous analytics. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps this analytics layer off. The reference implementation attaches a 90-day expiration timestamp to anonymous experience events and includes a daily cleanup function.
This page documents the Website v6.4.2 implementation and is not a substitute for final production legal/privacy review, Google Maps Platform terms review, jurisdiction-specific notices, or a completed data inventory.
